Your Road Map to RSD

 1. Write down your Why? Write down the reasons you joined AmeriPlan. What do you hope to accomplish with your career with AmeriPlan? Be accurate and detailed as possible

2. Write Out Your Goals & Actions steps to achieve those goals. 
  • Consisting of PIN level you want to achieve, income level desired.
  • How many IBO you want to enroll per month? Members?
  • How many conversations per day, 5 days week talking to people about AmeriPlan.
    • You should aim for 3-5 conversations per day, 5 days a week
  • How many new leads do need a generate a day, for 5 days?
    • You should aim for having 25-30 new leads (prospects to talk to)
  • How many ads posted per day, 5 days week to generate leads?
  • How many free or/purchased leads per day, 5 days a week
3. Set a schedule - 
  • Schedule your prospecting time (talking to people everyday)
  • Schedule your ad posting time
  • Schedule business promotion time (handing out flyers in local market, etc)
  • Schedule your family & personal time around your AmeriPlan time.
  • Schedule "me" time - to reflect on personal development and learning new skills.
4. MASSIVE ACTION!! 
                    "Generate leads, call leads, Rinse & Repeat Daily for maximum results."

5. Be a student. Find a top producer in the business and always be finding out what they are doing &                             mimic their lead.

6. Condition your Brain with a positive attitude.
