These are emails from FocalPoint but feel free to use them generally in your responses to email prospects. Gmail also has Canned Response that you can create when you compose an email, so you don't have to keep copy & pasting or typing it out again. All you do would be to add your greeting, prospect's name, and your contact info. Need help setting up canned responses in your gmail account just type < canned responses> in the help section of gmail>settings.
